Annual Gingerbread Party 2011

We had 14 kiddos (most of which were boys) over to our house today for our annual gingerbread party.  Of all times for us to get relief from this horrible drought - no one could go outside to play!!!!  There were plenty of cookies, cupcakes, peppermint bark, frosting, cider and candies to enjoy, though.  Believe it or not, the house is in pretty good shape after all that mess I mean fun.  Our dough ornaments are drying and will be on the tree tomorrow.

First Tooth - by: T

i lost my first tooth and it was at 5:15 in the morning.  and my mom took a picture of me with my tooth in my toothfairy pillow.  i can't wait for the tooth fairy to come.  so i can get a gold dollar.  sometimes she brings some tokens for the carousel, dollars, candy and books and gold dollars.  i have to brush my teeth real gently now.  it feels kind of weird now without my tooth.

W is practicing for Christmas music.  Silent Night is on this video.  He can play with a piano accompaniment.  The cd that was with his sheet music is a little faster than he likes.  After all, he is a legato player.
